A bit about the role: 

For our offices in Bergen, we are looking for a new software developer. You are experienced in .NET, MSSQL and REST API. You will be a part of a strong professional environment and a part of the company’s development team.  

The position will report to the VP Technology. 


A bit about what you will be doing when you join us: 

Your main responsibilities as a developer in Tero Marine will be to continue the development of our legacy software TM Master in close collaboration with developer colleagues to ensure successful delivery of products and releases. 


A bit about you 

Higher education such as a bachelor or similar within computer science. Higher education graduates are welcome to apply. Experience can compensate for formal education. 

  • Proven abilities to take initiative and to be a problem-solver. 
  • Proven success managing time and juggling multiple projects in a high growth environment where priorities shift fast. 
  • Working knowledge with C#, VB.NET and MSSQL 
  • Working knowledge of APIs 
  • Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Fluent in the Norwegian language. 
  • Proficient working knowledge of business English (written and verbal). 
  • A self-started and fast-learning individual. 
  • Experience in working in an agile production environment. 
  • You must be motivated by achieving results and have high standard of stayer ability. 
  • You are curious by nature and are always looking for how to improve yourself and your skills. 
  • You can find solutions where others struggle.  
  • Independent and systematic, with a high work capacity 
  • Good humour, with good cooperation and communication skills
